What are the educational requirements of the State?

Elite CEU courses are approved for the following Credential Types:

Commercial Electrical Inspector Certification
Industrial Journeyman Electrician License
Journeyman Electrician License
Registered Electrician Registration
Residential Journeyman Electrician License
Residential Master Electrician License
UD-Electrical Inspector Certification

24 hours of CE's are required by March 30 of the year the credential expires. There is no Continuing Education requirement for the initial term after passing an exam. There is an education requirement if the credential is obtained without examination

Please note: Effective October 15 , 2010, credential holders may not retake the same course for credit more than once during the 1-, 2- or 4-year term of a specific credential.
