What are the Initial Requirements for a licensed Security Installer?

An applicant must submit a completed and notarized application to the Rhode Island Department of Labor & Training Division of Workforce Regulation and Safety Professional Regulation Unit, Including:

- applicable fees

- two notarized personal reference forms

- copy of government issued id

- Criminal History Report from the Rhode Island Office of the Attorney General
