An applicant must submit an application to the Contractors Licensing Service which notes:
- proof of practical and related experience
- proof of passing scores from Experier (CID's approved testing vender)
- Qualifying Party Certificate (if applicable)
- Completed Contractors License Application
- A copy of your business entity's registration with the New Mexico Taxation and Revenue Department.
- Your registration with the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission (NMPRC) if you are applying as a corporation or a limited liability company.
- Either a license bond, OR completed cash collateral assignment form, OR, a current financial statement
- The correct licensing fee, certificate fee and application fee.
